The Bronze Bookmark
an "Odues' Oddities" Story
by TGTrinity

The wind was picking up, and Sam secured his scarf tightly around his neck. The city streets were empty, save for some stragglers who were drunkenly trying to find their way to another party. There was a commotion in the distance, and Sam figured it was some kids egging a house, a drunken brawl moving from a party into the neighborhood streets or a father chasing a guy out of his daughters bedroom.

On Halloween night it could easily have been any of the three, or all happening at once.

Whatever the case, Sam was not involved with any of. His parents had told him to go to a party at Derek's with his twin sister, Mary, but she would have none of it. She was the head cheerleader and the most popular girl in their High School, while Sam was an outcast who was so forgettable that bullies didn't even pick on him. The biggest bully was Derek, the quarterback for their team and his sister's boyfriend, and he would acknowledge him only by groping at Mary's ass while Sam passed by.

It was this reason that Sam was walking the deserted streets well past his curfew, knowing that his parents would be partying at their neighbors all night while his sister would probably stay over at Derek's house and fuck half the football team.

Suddenly the wind whipped up a piece of paper that hit Sam square in the face. After wincing from the sudden shock, he grabbed the paper and examined it with a curious look. It was a typical flier, only it was printed on something that looked and felt like parchment. The elaborate writing on it was in bold ink, and it read:

"Are you a seeker of the strange...
Does your heart long for a change...
Come see things that will excite...
Come see me this Halloween night...
It won't take long, no abstract clues...
Just turn around and seek Odues."

Without really thinking about it, Sam turned and looked down the alley he was by and saw an old wooden sign swinging in the wind that read "Odues' Oddities". The strangeness of it all was lost on Sam, who decided he had nothing better to do and walked over to the shop. An old lantern hung outside of the shop, and Sam was unsurprised to find that wind did little to fan the flame. The door to the shop looked positively ancient, yet as he pulled on the cast iron handle he found it opened like it was lighter than air.

"Drat! Close that door, young man!" Sam did as the mysterious voice beckoned, and slammed the door behind him. "Did I ask you to slam the door, you ignorant bilge rat!?"

He still could not see where the voice was coming from, which wasn't surprising as the shop was filled with stack of books that hid anything from sight. Lanterns like the one outside the shop lined the walls, while Sam was beginning to notice an assortment of curious jars and boxes stacked on wobbly shelves.

"Hello?" Sam asked to the room, half dreading the response.

"Here boy, come here," the voice called, only when Sam turned to see where it came from he saw an extremely old man standing behind a counter he swore wasn't there a moment ago. The strange man had long silver hair with a tiny beard to match, yet he was wearing a rather fine black suit. "Here, dammit! The bookmark you seek is over here!"

"I'm sorry, but I just found a flier..."

"Yes, yes, yes... and it's right over here," the man said again. Sam slowly stepped forward and looked to where the old man was pointing. On the shelf stood a bronze bookmark, with curious lettering that Sam could not understand.

"I'm sorry, but I'm not sure..."

"Sam, you came here for this bookmark..."

"Hey, how did you know my name?"

The old man grinned mischievously, "It's an old cliche in stories like this, isn't it?" He then pulled the silver rimmed glasses from his craggy nose and softly wiped them with a cloth. "When people visit Odues' Oddities, they are often seeking a particular item, or a particular item is seeking them. You, Sam, fall in the latter category."

The old man talked so fast that Sam was having a hard time keeping up. "Wait, you're saying that..."

"Yes. You are here for the bookmark."

Sam looked at the man, then back to the bookmark on the shelf. "What's so special about this bookmark?"

"Dear boy, remember all of those times you'd read your books and wish you could actually be a part of the story?"

Sam did not seem to worry that the man had known exactly how he felt every time he read. "Yeah, I'm just sick and tired..."

"Of the real world, indeed."

Sam eyed the old man and made a decision then and there that he would have the bookmark, no matter the cost. "I don't have much money..."

"My dear boy, this is Odues' Oddities, and I am Odues'... That gives me a little leeway with my pricing." The smile on Odues' face was positively wicked at this point, yet Sam knew he needed to have that bookmark more than he thought possible. "How about this? You simply sign my little book here, and if you enjoy what the bronze bookmark has to offer then you agree to tell others about your experience at Odues' Oddities. That is all." Odues was wringing his hands now, knowing he had the young man on the hook.

"Just tell people about the shop? That's all I have to do?"

"And sign the book, yes."

Sam soon found himself alone in his home, with his experience at Odues' Oddities still fresh in his mind. He still remembered thinking that the ink of the pen he used to sign the book would be as red as blood, but it turned out just to be black.

But he had it, the item he didn't know he always wanted. He held the bronze bookmark in his hand, wondering where he should begin. He thought of finding one of his fantasy books, and transporting himself into a realm of dragons and wizards. Next he thought about entering one of his space novels, and racing a spaceship through the stars.

Then another thought entered his mind. He thought of his sister and the party she was currently at. The best looking girls in the school would be there, all in costumes more sluttier than the last. He felt a growing bulge in his jeans, then decided on what he would do.

Sam raced up the stairs and entered his sister's room. It was a complete mess, as always, yet he knew they would be there somewhere. He finally found what he was looking for, a stack of books on the side of her desk. Mary was a sucker for all the stupid drivel that had been mass produced over the years, most about lonely girls who have two handsome guys fight for her attention. Sam shuffled through the books, then found one that caught his attention.

On the cover was a shirtless man with a chiseled chest and a set of six pack abs. Next to him was a redheaded girl in jeans and a white tank top that held her massive breasts in place. Sam thought if he could enter any book, he might as well be a ripped guy who has a super hot girlfriend. The name of the book was "Forever in Lust", and he turned it over and read the synopsis aloud.

"Samantha finds herself stranded on an empty stretch of road, until she comes across a spatial mansion in the woods. There she is greeted by a houseful of lovely girls, all in the service of the master of the house, Lance Fiero. As Samantha is beset by temptations of all kinds, can she escape the erotic pull of Lance? Or will Samantha find that lust truly lasts forever?"

Sam found that he was breathing heavily. He looked again at the cover, and thought of being Lance Fiero surrounded by a houseful of girls at his every beck and call. It was perfect, yet he found his hand trembling as he brought the bookmark up to the open pages. Part of him wanted to think it through some more, to maybe test the bookmark out...

Then darkness engulfed him. It happened as soon as the bookmark touched the page, yet Sam was not at all scared. He felt like his body was flying through some empty space, then all of the sudden there was a bright flash of light followed by a loud crash.

When Sam finally came too, he found himself strapped into the drivers side of car. His head hurt, but he lifted his hand and was relieved to find no bleeding. Rain pelted the windows of the car, and he saw that the airbag in front of him was exposed while shattered glass was spread about. He tentatively moved his head forward, not wanting to strain his neck, and that's when he noticed something was wrong.

Red hair fell past his shoulders, and he looked down to see two very large breasts barely covered by a white tank top. "No," she said softly, her voice a sweet alto. "No... This can't be right..." She reached up and adjusted the rear view mirror, and was shocked to see the face of the redhead from the cover of the book looking back at her.

The rain was coming down even harder now, but it did nothing to drown out the sound of her screams.

Sam found that she had no significant injuries, and worked her way out of the car to find it wrapped around a large pine. She glanced up and down the road and saw no signs of life, only large trees flanking the two lane road and dark clouds above.

The lights from the car were still on, and she was able to get a better view of the body she was now in. There was no denying that she was in the body of the curvy redhead on the cover of the book, with tight jeans and a tank top covering a pair of breasts that were quite big on her tiny frame. She looked inside the car, hoping to find a jacket of some sort but found none. The rain had completely soaked her through by this point, and she knew that she needed to find somewhere warm soon.

The trees along the road gave her some shelter from the rain, and she found she had no problem walking the pair of heels she was wearing. With each step she chided herself for being so stupid, for believing the bookmark would actually work the way she intended it. She knew that she was in a story, and she knew that there must be some way out.

Lightning flashed in the distance, and it was then that she saw a tiny road veering off to the left. Whereas the main stretch of road had no lights, this lane had some small lights lining it and that was enough reason for Sam to follow it. After about a hundred feet, the rain began to subside a full moon began to shine through the breaks in the clouds. Sam couldn't help that it felt like something out of a movie, and as she looked to where the moon was shining she saw a large palatial mansion.

For a moment she was glad to see a place of refuge, then she thought of the book. This is where the young Samantha found refuge before being seduced by a bevy of beautiful ladies and a strong man. Sam thought that she didn't have to do as the book said, but then remembered that she had done everything that was foretold to that point. She wondered why she didn't stay with the car and wait for someone to drive by. It would have been plenty warm in the car, not to mention she would have been completely dry.

No. She felt it was best to find another shelter, and here she was.

"Just find a phone... Just find a phone and get out of here..." She whispered to herself, fighting against what the story had planned for her. Even knowing there was nothing stopping her from retracing her steps to the car, she pressed forward and approached the house.

It was a very modern looking house, with large windows and lights illuminating tall stucco covered walls. There were no gates to pass, and the gravely road soon became a smooth driveway approaching a four car garage. It was quite different than she expected, thinking it would be an old decrepit mansion you'd find in the south. No, this place was warm and inviting, even down to the welcome mat beneath a large stainless steel door.

As she waited outside the door, she suddenly felt herself become lightheaded. The wave passed, but not before she began to feel chills rolling over her body. She knew that she couldn't wait outside the door forever, so she reluctantly knocked. It felt like an eternity passed, but as the door opened she wished she had longer to prepare.

"Can I help you?"

The question was fairly innocent, but the girl asking it was anything but. Long legs, propped up by a pair of black heels, led all the way up to a tiny black skirt with white ruffles. A black corset was straining against two massive breasts, while a tiny black hat rested upon a wave of blonde hair.

"Hello?" The woman asked again, but Sam finally felt all of the nights events cascade over her and she slowly watched everything fade to black.

There was an odd feeling coming over Sam as she slowly opened her eyes. Candles were lit around her, and the air had the distinct smell of lilac. It was soothing to no end, and she was glad to find that the cold she had been subject to before was now replaced with a warm feeling of content. Of course, the moment she realized that she was completely naked and in a bath made some of those happy feelings flutter away.

"Oh, you are awake," the blonde woman from the door said. She was still in her maid outfit, albeit an extremely provocative one. "You passed out on the porch and Danielle and I thought it best to get you into a warm bath as soon as possible."

"You... Where are my clothes?" Sam asked as she did her best to cover herself from the gaze of the blonde.

"They are being dried as we speak, and there is no reason to cover up," she said as she came closer. "My name is Etienne, and you have nothing that I haven't seen before." She giggled as she said it, and it made Sam feel a little more at ease.

"My name is Sam..."

"Samantha Powell,. Yes, we found your ID in your pocket."

"No, it's just..."

"You needn't worry, sweetie, we're going to take good care of you," Etienne smiled as she grabbed a small sponge and dipped it in the water.

Sam tried to get up from the tub, but Etienne gingerly held her am and began to run the sponge up it's length. "But, I need..."

"You need to relax," the blonde said before moving the sponge over Sam's new breasts. The feeling was simply amazing, and Sam felt her convictions fading under the movements of Etienne's hands. "You're breasts are simply wonderful," she said with another giggle, "and so firm."

"I, I don't know what to say."

"It's just a compliment, sweetie," another giggle and Etienne grew bolder as the sponge in her hand worked it's way down Sam's stomach. There was a moment where Sam thought that this was what the book wanted, that she was being seduced by this sexy creature as a way to...

"Oh!" Sam gasped, her train of thought completely lost. The sponge was now slowly moving over her feminine mound, and it felt a thousand time better than her breasts had felt.

"My, you are quite sensitive aren't you?" Etienne asked as Sam's back arched on it's own accord. She watched as her new breasts became exposed, with small groupings of bubbles running down her new smooth skin. Etienne must have appreciated the show, because she had soon leaned over Sam and kissed her softly on the mouth. It had been a long time since Sam had kissed a girl, yet this felt warmer, wetter and more erotic than any kiss she had shared before.

There was the feeling of a finger tracing Sam's new slit, but before Etienne could do anything there was a new woman suddenly behind her. She was wearing a skin tight dress that resembled a nurses gown, with the only real difference was the amount of cleavage the woman was showing. Long brown hair fell in curls around a very beautiful face, and light blue eyes tied everything together like a fine bow.

"Etienne, do you have no shame?"

Etienne got up quickly and turned to face the woman. "I was just helping her relax, Danielle," she said with a devious smile.

"You know the master would want to speak to her first," Danielle said, "so get out of the way and let me check on her." Etienne turned and winked at Sam before leaving the bath room, Sam watching the way her bubbly ass shook as she left. "I apologize about Etienne taking advantage of you, she's just a little randy tonight."

"No, it's no trouble," Sam said, missing the feeling of Etienne's hands on her body.

"Well, how are you feeling Samantha?" Danielle asked as she knelt next to the bath.

"It's just Sam, and I'm feeling much better..."

"Good," she said as she reached out a hand to her, which Sam took and allowed herself to be helped out of the bath. "Let me help you dry off," Danielle said before she grabbed a towel and began to run it over Sam's naked body.
"I think I can..."

"No need, I am here to help," Danielle said with a smile. The feeling of the warm towel on her skin was rather inviting to Sam, and she again found her compulsion to fight the feeling disappearing. As opposed to Etienne's wondering hands, Danielle was thorough but not sensual in any way. In a moment Sam found herself completely dry, with her long red hair done up in a towel. As Danielle stepped away to grab a robe, Sam was finally able to get her first good look at her current body.

She was shorter than she had thought, although she was standing without her heels on. Her skin was lightly tanned, with freckles dotting her naked chest. She turned to the side to see how big her breasts were, as well as her ample behind. Taken altogether, she was in a body most girls would kill to have... And most men would love to fuck.

"Here's a robe, darling," Danielle said as she walked back in.

"Thank you," Sam said as she wrapped the robe around her body. "Now, I really need to get to a phone," she asked, before being interrupted again.

"First you need to talk to Lance," Danielle said gingerly, "as you are a guest in his house."

Sam knew that was a bad idea. She was having an internal conflict, yet felt she was being led like a lamb to the slaughter. In fact, part of her felt like she was going along willfully...

"Look, you've been a great nurse, but I really don't need to meet your master," Sam said as nicely as she could.

"Nurse? Master?" Danielle asked before laughing. "I'm as much a nurse as Etienne is a maid. These are costumes, darling. It's Halloween."

"What? I thought..."

"Lance isn't our Master, he's just our room mate here. In fact, he's an RN and that's why you need to talk to him... It looks like you've been through a lot tonight."

Sam felt embarrassed by her naivete, then remembered that none of this was real. "No, I need to get out of here."

"Darling, just..."

"No! I want," Sam said before she turned and saw the man from the cover of the book. Unlike the cover, he was wearing a shirt and a pair of jeans, but she could see the definition of his muscular body underneath.

"Is everyhting okay?"

"This is Sam, and she's wanting to leave."

"Hello, Sam. My name is Lance and I'm a registered nurse." His voice was calm and collected, and it caused Sam to immediately stop struggling. "I'd like to give you a quick look over to see if you're injured in any way beyond that cut on your head."

"Yeah, okay" Sam said, knowing full and well that she really didn't want to.

"Thanks, Danielle. I'll take her into the guest room."

"Sure, Lance. Are we still planning on leaving at ten?"

"Let's see how Sam here is doing, then I'll let you know." Lance then led Sam out of the bathroom and into an adjoining room. There was a large bed against on wall, with the other wall being one large window. "Here, sit on the bed," Lance asked, and Sam felt no reason not to listen to him.

"So what happened?" Lance asked as he got a light and shined it in her eyes.

"There was an accident outside, but there's more to it than that."

"Could you look up please?"

Sam did, but felt herself growing restless again. "I mean, this isn't really me... I'm not Samantha!"

"Take a deep breath," he asked as he placed a hand on her back. Even though his hand was on her robe, she could feel a growing warmth spreading from his hand. Her nipples hardened almost in an instant, and she felt her self growing wetter in her groin. She knew that Lance was doing something to her, yet her will to fight back was diminishing.

"Would you stop! I'm not Samantha! I'm just a guy named Sam, and this is just a book! None of this is real!!!" There, she had said it. It took all the willpower she had, but she go it out.

Lance removed his hand from her back and sat quietly on the bed next to her. "Of course it's a book, but that doesn't make it any less real," Lance said before he leaned over and kissed her on the neck.

"What are you doing!?" Sam asked, surprised by both his stunning admission and his sudden advance.

"I'm doing what you wanted me to do, Sam." He added in between long kisses to her neck.

"No... I don't want this..."

His hands had now opened her robe, allowing her large breasts to hang freely in front of her. He wasted no time in exploring their smooth surfaces, licking her pert nipples as he did.

"I'm a man... I just wanted..."

"What?" Lance asked, suddenly pulling away from her. "What is it you want, Sam?"

Sam covered herself and thought about what he had asked. She had been intrigued by the idea of leaving her old self behind and going some place where she could live out her fantasies. Of course, her mind had drifted into the sexual nature of fantasies, but she definitely did not want to become a woman.

"Are you sure about that?" Lance asked, not shying away from the fact that he had just read her thoughts.

"I never... Wait, how did you do that?"

Lance smiled as he stood up before walking over to the large window. She watched each step, her pulse quickening as she did. With all the strange events of the night, she had never prepared herself that things would get even odder still.

"When I walked into Odues', I was feeling similar to the way you felt earlier tonight, Sam. I was tired of being bossed around, of people thinking I was weak. I was all alone on Halloween night, and I was looking for a change." He laughed a little as he rolled his neck around his shoulders, causing several loud cracks. "The bronze bookmark... That led me here, to what I am now."

"But you're still a guy, I've been turned into a woman!"

Another laugh escaped before Lance continued. "I never said I was a guy like you, Sam. My name was Laurel, and I was fifteen year old girl who was completely powerless. The bookmark allowed me to become Lance, to become something with ultimate power..."

"I... That doesn't change anything for me," Sam said as tears began to form at the corners of her eyes.

"Doesn't it, Sam? You felt ignored and cast off, by both your parents, your sister and you friends. You were bullied and unpopular... But look at you now." He had moved back over to the bed and was sitting next to her. "You're now someone that people cannot ignore. Men would fight for you, and girls all would want to be you."

Sam thought about it, and knew that Lance was right. The moment she had placed the bookmark in the pages, it was the sight of Samantha, not Lance, that was burned into her mind. "But, I..."

"You are the sexiest creature that I have ever laid eyes on," He said as he again kissed her neck. This time Sam was not fighting his advances, choosing instead to wait and see where it led. "You are unforgettable now, the center of attention of any room you're in." His hand were once again fondling her plump breasts. "You are almost perfect..."

She was being lulled away by his words, finding herself becoming less resistant and more wanting. Yet he had just told her that she was almost perfect, and it stung. "I... I'm almost perfect?"

"Yes, but there is something I can give you that will make you the perfect woman."

She wanted to shy away from him, particularly once his eyes flashed red and small fangs protruded from his smile, but she was intoxicated by him. "You're a Vampire?" She asked, the words hanging in the air.

"Yes. The bookmark made me one, with Danielle and Etienne accepting my gift as well."

"But this is just a story. I'm going to wake up soon, thinking all of this was a dream, right?" She asked the question, but she hoping against everything that the answer was no.

"We come and go as we please, Samantha. We live here and experience unlimited ecstasy and pleasure, but then we can enter the real world and experience another level of excitement."

"So... I..."

Lance lifted up his wrist and slowly sunk his fangs into his skin, causing blood to run down his hand. "Drink, and never feel unwanted again."

In another place and time, Derek Matthews was in the center of the dance floor grinding against his girlfriend Mary. She was wearing a black skin tight body suit that accentuated every curve of her body. She was also wearing a pair of kitty ears, but she had obviously picked the costume for other reasons. Derek was grinding his erection into her back, and she finally turned around with a smile.

"Well, it looks like you need some attention," Mary asked as she slipped her hand into his jeans and took hold of his cock.

"Holy shit!"

"Why, thanks stud," Mary said before looking up and seeing Derek's eyes locked onto someone else besides her. She turned her head to see four people standing in the doorway.

A blonde was in a sexy maid costume, while the girl next to her was in a revealing nurses dress. Next to them was a man in a black suit with a black shirt underneath, as well as a pair of red contact lenses and some fake fangs. The woman next to him was a sultry redhead also wearing all black, along with the red eyes and fangs. Taken together, they were some of the most beautiful people she had ever seen... and that pissed her off tremendously.

"Derek, goddammit!" Mary said, pulling his face towards her own, "Stop staring at them!"

"Hey, I'm the host here, I've got to go and welcome them," Derek added absent mindlessly. He then left her and walked over to the new arrivals, causing Mary to fume in the middle of the dance floor.

The foursome was now surrounded by people talking, but Derek made his way to them and smiled. "Happy Halloween! My name is Derek Mathews, and this is my party," he said with a proud smile.

The other three smiled and turned to the redhead, who extended her hand to Derek. "My name's Samantha, and I'd love to see more of your house."

Derek couldn't believe how strong Samantha was coming on to him. He thought of his girlfriend standing right behind him, but then stared at the cleavage the redhead was showing off.

"I'd love to show you around," Derek said as he took her hand. He didn't look back at Mary, but he could tell she was probably shooting him daggers.

"This is a very nice house," Samantha said as she walked with Derek up the stairs.

"Thanks," he replied while leaning back and staring at her ass. It bounced ever so slightly with each step, and the tight black fabric left little to the imagination. "So, are you supposed to be a Vampire?"

Samantha smiled, causing her fangs to feature prominently against her dark red lipstick. "I am. That is very perceptive of you," she laughed a little at his expense, but Derek only took it as a compliment.

"So, where did you guys get your costumes?"

Samantha thought about it for a moment, before remembering what Odues had asked. "We got them at Odues' Oddities, a lovely little shop."

"Oh, I've never, whoa!" Derek said with shock as Samantha pushed him through an open door. They were in what must have been the master bedroom, since there was a large bed with expensive furniture lining the walls. She closed the door behind her and then pushed Derek onto the bed. "Hey, this is my parents room, and..." He wasn't able to finish his thought, as Samantha had clicked one button on her shoulder, causing her entire dress to fall to the floor. "Oh my God..."

"What? Don't you want me, Derek?" Samantha cooed.

Derek was at a loss of words. He had fucked Mary, as well as some other girls on the side, plenty of times... Yet none of them compared to this vixen in front of him. Her breasts were perfectly symmetrical, with tiny pink nipples in their center. Her tiny frame only accentuated the curve of her hips, and her pussy was shaved and welcoming...

"Kitty got your tongue, Derek?" She was advancing on him now, her red eyes glowing in the dark room. "Oh my, it looks like you're all ready to go," she said as she knelt down and freed his cock from his jeans.

"My parents... Oh fuck!" She had wasted little time, and had taken all of him in at once. Derek could not believe the way her tongue moved around his cock, or the way she expertly handled his balls. "That's fucking incredible!"

Samantha looked up at him with her red eyes and smiled, "Oh, you think that was good, wait until you get a taste of this." She climbed up on top of him, and just as before she took him all in with one hard push down.

"Fuck! You're so tight!" Derek gasped as Samantha bounced up and down on top of him. He reached up and grabbed her tits, taking one in each hand.

"Oh, yes! play with my titties, Derek!" She was changing her rhythm, bucking at odd times before circling her hips.

"Oh my God! This is the best Halloween ever!" Derek yelled as he felt himself building up to orgasm.

"You have no idea," Samantha said as she leaned down on top of him, causing her breasts to squish against his chest. She began whispering in his ear in between sucking on his neck. "Tell me I'm beautiful."

"Fuck! You're the hottest thing I've ever seen!"

"Tell me I'm hotter than Mary."

Derek didn't think to ask how she knew Mary, "You're so much hotter than Mary! So fucking hotter! I'm gonna cum! I'm cumming!"

Right as Samantha felt Derek tense up inside of her, she leaned in as close as she could to his ear and whispered, "Tell me how it feels to fuck Mary's brother." She looked at the confusion in his eyes before she sunk her fangs into his neck. She began to feel blood rushing into her mouth the same time he began to unload his warm semen deep inside of her. The feeling was too intense, and she came multiple times as she sucked every last drop out of him.

Moments later Samantha appeared downstairs, perfectly dressed with a smile on her face. She could see her two new sisters on the dance floor dancing with a couple of very happy young men, before seeing Lance in the corner making out with her old sister. She sashayed across the room, feeling all eyes on her as she did, and arrived Lance's side.

"Well, hello Samantha."

"Lance."

"This here is Mary. Say hello, Mary," Lance commanded in a mocking way.

"Hello, Mary," she said, before leaning in to kiss him again.

"Mary and I were about to go upstairs," Lance said with a knowing smile.

"Well, be sure to stay out of the Master bedroom," Mary said with a smile of her own. Lance beamed up at her, his red eyes shining, as he got Mary to her feet and led her away. Samantha thought about what was going to happen, then felt a surprising emotion bubble to the top. "Lance... Just a taste."

Lance rolled his eyes, but nodded. "Just a taste, then." She watched him lead her old sister up the stairs, where she would probably be taken to new heights of pleasure next to the room where her boyfriend lay dead. It wasn't Samantha's intention to kill Derek, just some over zealousness at her first feeding.

Samantha walked past a couple making out in the kitchen, and out onto the deck outside. The wind was as chilly was it was earlier in the night, only now it felt like a welcoming embrace. She thought about what was in the future for her, of how this Halloween night had truly changed her... Then she saw a very muscular guy stumble out of the house wearing only a sheet as if it was a toga.

"Well, I guess practice makes perfect," she said with a smile as she approached her new victim.
